Our Pedal Montclair junior riders both took podium spots yesterday at the H2H Race #7, Taconic 909!
With extra pounds of mud on the bikes and slick rocky conditions, both finished strong out of the saddle on the final climb to the finish! The course included the challenging technical trail, Timbuktu, (complete with a heckler spot) which was bumped up a notch in difficulty with the mud over rock conditions.
Ronny, who just upgraded to Cat 2 took a powerful second place in Cat 2 Junior Men 10-14.
Nina took first place in Cat 2 Junior Women 12-18. She crossed the line in 2nd place over all Cat 2 Women.
